Na Pali Race 2011... Looking Back and Ahead

The Na Pali Coast is one of the "Seven Wonders of the World". Arguably the most beautiful coastline in the world, and one of the best downwind paddles around... it's the perfect race venue. 17 miles of pure pleasure :).

This year's race is set for July 21, 2012. Get your training in early so you can come to Kauai, race and then rest the week into Molokai. It's going to be the perfect warmup for the channel.

To get you in the mood... here are some photos from last year's amazing race.

(PS. If you're not up for 17 miles of racing, you can always check out Josh Comstock at Na Pali Kayak Tours and head down the coast in at a more comfy pace in a kayak with a buddy or two, viewing sea caves, and stopping for lunch along the way. I try to go with him at least once a year. It's good for your soul.)
