Kealia Training for Molokai 2011

Footage of me getting prepped and paddling out of the beach near our house, Kealia. It gives a little bit of flavor for what we do paddleboarding....

As you watch the video, you'll see that the from a far-away perspective, the ocean is flat (this was a pretty calm day), but up close you can see the water moving and the board adjusting to glide from wave to wave - moving like a fish through the water.
